Top Ten Life Changing Habits

Ten simple steps. . . to Let it Go and Let it Flow.

  1. Drink half of your body weight in good, clean, water (not bottled) every day to flush out fat, acids, and chemicals.  Chew your water and drink your food! Remember:  A well person drinks before she eats, a sick person drinks during a meal, and a dead person drinks after!
  1. Increase your intake of raw and living foods; strive for 50% raw or lightly cooked-MAKE ONE GREEN SMOOTHIE OR ENERGY SOUP Every day. Find the recipe at www.bettysueobrian.com.
  2. Lemon is the only fruit or vegetable with the exact ionic charge as liver bile; put lemon in your tea or coffee or water. Only fresh!  It will clean the liver and bile ducts (and make you poop good!)
  3.  Read books such as Mind over Medicine by Lissa Rankin, and Six Weeks to a Healthy Lifestyle, Betty O’Brian.  Watch KNIVES OVER FORKS and INGREDIENTS and HEAL (Netflix).
  4. Follow the alkaline lifestyle (80-20 alkaline/acid) and watch your body heal from arthritis, overweight, diabetes and other degenerative health issues. ACID ON THE OUTSIDE; ALKALINE ON THE INSIDE!
  5. Use the Four Agreements Daily:

     Be Impeccable With Your Word. Don’t Take Anything Personally. Don’t Make Assumptions. Always Do Your Best.

  1. Practice Ho’oponopono, the Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and balance. The phrases are, “I am sorry. Please Forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”  These phrases are said to yourself and represent repentance, forgiveness, gratitude, and love.
  2. How’s your environment?  Do you work under fluorescent lights all day? Do you open the doors and windows daily to let in fresh air? Get live green plants to filter your indoor air, especially where you sleep and spend time. Ground yourself – the earth generates negative ions for you!
  3. YOUR BIOGRAPHY BECOMES YOUR BIOLOGY. Honor your parents and grandparents and respect your children.  You are not your genes alone!
  1.  Daily Practice: a.  Oil Pull and Tongue Scrape; the mouth connects to the entire body.

  b.  Full body tapping, bouncing and skin brushing

  c.   Grounding and sunlight – 20 minutes daily

  d.  Mayan Abdominal Massage with lemon or lemongrass  oil

  e.  TMJ and EFT

  f.   Feet up the wall for thyroid and pelvic floor

  g   Deep breathing and abdominal massage; strengthen the core.

  h.  Locate your Higher Power because that is where your super power is!
